Four Corners...

In the beginning of June we took a little trip to Durango and visited the four corners.  Even though it was just a couple days it was nice to get away. The drive was beautiful, we stopped at a scenic overlook and I took some pics...

We got to Durango pretty late and got the last room at the hotel.  We were all ready for bed and needed to get rest for our busy next day.
 In four states at once...

After visiting the four corner monument we headed back to the hotel and swam.  After swimming we rested a little bit, daddy napped and the kids and I watched some cartoons. We then went to the railroad museum and that was really cool.  We got to see trains coming into the station and then going into the roundhouse.
Inside the museum they had an old fire engine and Bradley was so in love with that thing, he got mad at me when I tried to get him to go look at some of the train engines.  I took plenty of pictures for him, he is so into firetrucks right now, it's adorable!

Watching the engine turn and go into the roundhouse...
After the museum we ate at  "Serious Texas BBQ", it was so good. If you have been to Rudy's it has that same style but their food is even better.  The next time I'm in Durango I will be sure to eat there again...

We had a lazy morning and headed home the next day since Rob had lots of work to do.  We sure did enjoy our little trip though...
